Yes we can offer to install prescription frames. At the moment our website does not have this feature installed yet but we are in the process of adding this in the future. In the meantime you can always give us a call between normal business hours to get prescription lens installed. Just call 1-888-627-4721
In the event your order has not shipped we do ask for an additional 2-3 days to process your order as our fulfillment centers carry tens of thousands of items and occasionally there are some unforeseen delays.
Once your order is processed you will receive an email with tracking to track your order.
If your order has passed the 2-5 Business day processing time frame. The most likely case is that we had to special order your item directly from the manufacturer. Because of this, you can expect your order to ship out in 2-3 days. We do apologize for this inconvenience. If a problem arises because of this delay we ask you to contact us so we can better assist you.
If you wish to cancel an order and you already paid. Just give us a call or email us and we will be happy to refund you the full amount. In the event the item already has shipped out we do ask that you just return the item back to us and we will refund you once the item is recieved.
You have 30 days to return the item from the day you receive them. A full refund will be given once the item is shipped back to our location. All returns are 100 percent free. We will provide a prepaid return label for you to us to ship back your order. All returned items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
Typically we refund the same day the return order is received by us. Once we initiate a refund, your bank/credit card company may take up to 5 business days for the funds to reflect back on your account. We will send a confirmation email when we first initiate a refund.
Yes! We are happy to offer Free Returns for all our items. Just as long as your order is within the 30 day time frame and the item is in the same condition as it was received. We cover the return shipping costs and never charge a restock fee!

If the item you want to exchange for is more or less than your original item, we will either need to add or deduct funds to your order. We will provide a prepaid return label for you to us to ship back your original order. All exchanged items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Once you ship back the original order, the exchange order will be shipped out to you.
